SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process orders. 2-3 business days for shipping on all lash orders 5-7 business days for hair extensions/ frontals + closures/full lace wigs 15-21 business days including custom frontal/closure wig units or made to order wig units. Business days do not include the weekends (Fri-Sun) Signature is required at the time of delivery over orders amount to but not limited to $300+ please be sure someone is able to sign for package. We only ship to billing addresses, all orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled unless information is verified. Purchase accordingly, allow yourself time to ensure your package will arrive before any important events. Ki Doll Hair is not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. Once Packages are received by USPS, Ki Doll Hair and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen package(s).
